Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-6300-2014G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Namco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Migatron-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Microscan product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Namco such as the EE53083401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RPS150A40 manufactured by Migatron-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Migatron-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FIS00030160G by Manufacturer Microscan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Namco Brand SN12040000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Montalvo such as FS2 equipment made by Montalvo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Montalvo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Montalvo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FIS63002014G made by Microscan as well as the popular D80256LJ07CLC original spares produced by Northstar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P4501A502 by Novotechink and FS2 spares by Montalvo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original INFP0200SPFS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Newport.
