Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-0870-1004G QX-870 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Namco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mts product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Namco such as the SS46020002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MR3M200P12240VUMR3M200P12240VU manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GHS0075UF302DE8 by Manufacturer Mts as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Namco Brand ET31163151 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Migatron-Corp such as RPS426A80 equipment made by Migatron-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Migatron-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Migatron-Corp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EE21018744 made by Namco as well as the popular 73080 original spares produced by Mountz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EE23035420 by Namco and RPS426A80 spares by Migatron-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D78582 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Middex-Electronic.
