Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-0610-0017 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nikon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pall parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Novasina product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nikon such as the VS1200A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10UF3260 manufactured by Pall and we are pleased to be able to service most Pall systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ENCK4 by Manufacturer Novasina as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Perceptron Brand 9120018 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mountz such as BMX0504010 equipment made by Mountz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mountz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mountz" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MS4800B401800 made by Omron as well as the popular MDSPRGPRG1030DC original spares produced by Mooreindustries

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPS0200MD621C101511 by Mts and BMX0504010 spares by Mountz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
