Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-0003-0003G Ms-3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Flexilux products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fischer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fisher product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Flexilux such as the 30HL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 685B556U02 manufactured by Fischer and we are pleased to be able to service most Fischer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP6701 by Manufacturer Fisher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fischer Brand 686B086U01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as FW15CL6821X1A541B5222422 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 32B9835X022 made by Emerson as well as the popular 686b608u02 original spares produced by Fischer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CL6821X1A612P0663X032 by Fisher-Rosemount and FW15CL6821X1A541B5222422 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
