Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microe-Systems Mercury 1000 w/ M20 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microlite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Softrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Minco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microlite such as the 600Series spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6644 manufactured by Softrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Softrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AS5185TG100P2 by Manufacturer Minco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micromeritics Brand MIC2011770400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mircom such as PS2040 equipment made by Mircom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mircom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mircom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 35313280A made by Cincinnati as well as the popular 51034338 original spares produced by Milltronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the mdaems51 by Midas and PS2040 spares by Mircom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RG510A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Minarik.
