Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Micro-Swich OPD-AR30 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Newport products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newport parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Microscan product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Newport such as the PX459005AIEHN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the iTHXSD5N manufactured by Newport and we are pleased to be able to service most Newport systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FIS08800002 by Manufacturer Microscan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Namco Brand EE53072622 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Namco such as EP57011410 equipment made by Namco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Namco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Namco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 803352 made by Nexen as well as the popular GFXWH original spares produced by Nlight

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EE23030120 by Namco and EP57011410 spares by Namco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RHM0300MD701S2G1100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mts.
