Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Micrex-f FLD-505A-A10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thomson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mikron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the TS3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT006016SRM0606 manufactured by Thomson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 67LR02001000FELUBIL0 by Manufacturer Mikron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 176424AWA1769OW81764LRP1969ECR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Computer such as 9096 equipment made by Micro-Computer have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASYM8000D710 by Micro-Fast and 9096 spares by Micro-Computer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original COMPUFLO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Milltronics.
