Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micropump such as the 5863 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ILD18001000 manufactured by Micro-optronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-optronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MI64 by Manufacturer Micom as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micromotion Brand 1003662 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mge such as 6730180 equipment made by Mge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASYM8000D710 made by Micro-Fast as well as the popular 53400200 original spares produced by Mettler
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS065S113SU by Micro-Motion and 6730180 spares by Mge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FIS000101B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro.
