Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metso-Automation-Stonel-Corp QX2VB02SDM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moore parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micro-Switch product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the DS006S100SU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDA420MADH1L124DCADDIN manufactured by Moore and we are pleased to be able to service most Moore systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MLS10 by Manufacturer Micro-Switch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Msa Brand XPE11U3S20000100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mountz such as 73040 equipment made by Mountz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mountz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mountz" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 85166 made by Miller as well as the popular FMA112T4VA original spares produced by Microswitch

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 050602105D0 by Milltronics and 73040 spares by Mountz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AT21500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitutoyo.
