Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metso-Automation IOP382 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vexa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vectron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vector product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vexa such as the 31959212C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PML400008 manufactured by Vectron and we are pleased to be able to service most Vectron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature mtr0147 by Manufacturer Vector as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vega Brand 2789500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Valvsys such as NT24S4V1T1M11 equipment made by Valvsys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valvsys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valvsys" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LL2W by Valmet and NT24S4V1T1M11 spares by Valvsys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 40191CSUMK10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Verilink.
