Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metso Automation IOP335 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vee-Arc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vernitron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vertical-Communications product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vee-Arc such as the PC7000Q10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VERNITRON83417231000A15ILI1713 manufactured by Vernitron and we are pleased to be able to service most Vernitron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VW55002ASSD by Manufacturer Vertical-Communications as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vevor Brand DJS121556 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vee-Arc such as 900754 equipment made by Vee-Arc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vee-Arc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vee-Arc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCE401K0G made by Vee-Arc as well as the popular M2201 original spares produced by Varihertz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VW300KS2N115A by Valvcon and 900754 spares by Vee-Arc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1243L6281301 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Varian.
