Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metropolitan-Lighting N2339-OXB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mge-Afsius parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mikro-Precision product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso such as the 2300A33 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 51028061XD4GA manufactured by Mge-Afsius and we are pleased to be able to service most Mge-Afsius systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SQ0808PMD100 by Manufacturer Mikro-Precision as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mikroprecision-Instruments Brand MS25PMD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microstar-Laboratories such as MSPCB02102 equipment made by Microstar-Laboratories have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microstar-Laboratories products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microstar-Laboratories" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XL3050A made by Minarik as well as the popular B706 original spares produced by Milwaukee

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XZEG60 by Misumi and MSPCB02102 spares by Microstar-Laboratories are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PA38 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Millipore.
