Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metler-Toledo IND690-PANEL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microscan-Quadrus products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mettler-Toledo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microscan-Quadrus such as the 9900000801 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FIS42000001 manufactured by Microscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Microscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 58031303 by Manufacturer Mettler-Toledo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand 767705 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-precision such as MPJ equipment made by Micro-precision have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-precision products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-precision" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WP3050 made by Mita-Teknik as well as the popular N679194 original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 828D0040112000 by Micristar-Blue-M and MPJ spares by Micro-precision are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N952011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting.
