Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metasys NU-NCM350-8 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tektronix product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the QMP155A4R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PBQ3640 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TEK1910 by Manufacturer Tektronix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hbm Brand T550NM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Berger-Lahr such as TLC4342F312111 equipment made by Berger-Lahr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Berger-Lahr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Berger-Lahr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SD23H4A08E made by Baldor as well as the popular UDS0201 original spares produced by Lust-Electronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QCM2T34025 by Atlas-Copco and TLC4342F312111 spares by Berger-Lahr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPD120240S2K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer.
