Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metal Box Engineering 686688C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microfast products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Switch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micro-Slides product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microfast such as the ASYM8000D360 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSR2B manufactured by Micro-Switch and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Switch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SE100C100 by Manufacturer Micro-Slides as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Md Brand FS10PE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Link such as 97201 equipment made by Micro-Link have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Link products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Link" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 200FLOW made by Mettler as well as the popular HPLL204UV original spares produced by Metaphase

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1021045NDMES30360C by Mtl and 97201 spares by Micro-Link are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IOP307 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metso-Automation.
