Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metal-Box-Engineering 681910D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microfast products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Systems-Micristar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Meta-speed product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microfast such as the MPCM3200M11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 828D1020120112000828D1020120112000 manufactured by Control-Systems-Micristar and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Systems-Micristar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23009 by Manufacturer Meta-speed as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micro-Motion Brand FMC000114B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mge such as 34000660XD2BA equipment made by Mge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 203841 made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular IF2004B2 original spares produced by Micro-Epsilon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B90091200A by Mettler and 34000660XD2BA spares by Mge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 181503 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metso-Automation.
