Mesa Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Mesa SR4000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Mesa SR4000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SR4000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SR4000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Midwest-Brake products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metso-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micro-Motion product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Midwest-Brake such as the 7000031 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QPX3C manufactured by Metso-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Metso-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3002170 by Manufacturer Micro-Motion as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Metron Brand OID203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Motion such as H050 equipment made by Micro-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Motion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MID9270 made by Middex as well as the popular D201136L original spares produced by Metso-Automation
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7256613 by Metropolitan-Lighting and H050 spares by Micro-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BIU8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metso-Automation.
