Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Merlin-Gerin 36404 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sieb--Meyer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lantech such as the 55003102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 044621205401 manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50010012 by Manufacturer Sieb--Meyer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Powerware Brand 101073545001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by York such as 02516883D equipment made by York have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 1000052804 made by Accu-Sort as well as the popular 0320236 original spares produced by A-S-M

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100011020000 by Sciemetric-Instruments and 02516883D spares by York are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 082157002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accuray.
