Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micro-Memory product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mge such as the 500J2236JCEVNT02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14849400A manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MM73004 by Manufacturer Micro-Memory as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Metal-Box-Engineering Brand PC222D6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mgp such as T128824 equipment made by Mgp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mgp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mgp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RF600 made by Ferraz-Shawmut as well as the popular 90004001 original spares produced by Mercury
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the mcIOB1dsa by Micontrol and T128824 spares by Mgp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
