Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the FRA240E11K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC2QAS manufactured by Middex and we are pleased to be able to service most Middex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CSDJ01BX1 by Manufacturer Samsung as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 6SL32550AA004BA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pilz such as PSSSB3006 equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R0176020A by Ricoh and PSSSB3006 spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
