Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mega Kinetics RS-1000D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Melton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gerwah parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mercoid product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Melton such as the PC2000PT4LC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 439850800056 manufactured by Gerwah and we are pleased to be able to service most Gerwah systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 102G7806C160 by Manufacturer Mercoid as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mercoid Brand 102G4806C160102G4806C160 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Merrick such as M2273111 equipment made by Merrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Merrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Merrick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 17AMP001 made by Melles-Griot as well as the popular 6739820 original spares produced by Merlin-Gerin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MES120H by Schneider and M2273111 spares by Merrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
