Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mechnical-Technology-Incorporated 3802 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Meriam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mega-Phase parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mercury product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Meriam such as the 182031 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VN26203136 manufactured by Mega-Phase and we are pleased to be able to service most Mega-Phase systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCS1032HD1R3 by Manufacturer Mercury as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Men Brand EC01NR01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Meridian such as PT4600iRV880 equipment made by Meridian have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Meridian products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Meridian" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E14092400A made by Mettler as well as the popular 4639 original spares produced by Medar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A413143 by Metso-Automation and PT4600iRV880 spares by Meridian are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1233MTLF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mercoid.
