Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mcklean 7121-2638 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Matsushita parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nema product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 6K351A4Z447A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4509B8071E200 manufactured by Matsushita and we are pleased to be able to service most Matsushita systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 62112RSJC3 by Manufacturer Nema as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 45DLA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 625941003002 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 48EML2 made by Ceg as well as the popular 63L4NSDCA original spares produced by Nord

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 600728C by Dayton and 625941003002 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 611846A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton.
