Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mc-Technologies B60-02200-000M1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Measurex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Merlin-Gerin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mean-Well product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Measurex such as the 52980 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6740837 manufactured by Merlin-Gerin and we are pleased to be able to service most Merlin-Gerin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S100F75 by Manufacturer Mean-Well as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Meret Brand LiveLink700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Megamation such as 0191001REVA equipment made by Megamation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Megamation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Megamation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ELN6048P made by Mean-Well as well as the popular 05291100 original spares produced by Measurex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8500105 by Honeywell and 0191001REVA spares by Megamation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MEK55RED96AAF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mekontrol.
