Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Measurex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Measurex such as the 5374701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D65RA002681 manufactured by Mazak and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature O58820B by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Measurex Brand 05346901 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mct such as 105776 equipment made by Mct have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mct products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mct" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BPHM64CCMTL4840 made by Measurement-Computing as well as the popular 5271100 original spares produced by Measurex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P857501002P by Md-electronic and 105776 spares by Mct are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
