Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mattec-Corp 400-0002A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mcg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Merlin-Gerin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mcg such as the AB34001E1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 55755 manufactured by Merlin-Gerin and we are pleased to be able to service most Merlin-Gerin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N6645258B by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Measurement Brand CIODAS16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Max-Motosports such as 32722305 equipment made by Max-Motosports have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Max-Motosports products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Max-Motosports" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ODC250035 made by Micro-epsilon-Optocontrol-Odc as well as the popular TP7062TX original spares produced by Mcgstpc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMF025H521NU by Micro-Motion and 32722305 spares by Max-Motosports are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FIS63000003G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan.
