Matrox Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Matrox ILMPRO and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Matrox ILMPRO include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ILMPRO if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ILMPRO repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maxcess products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mcsi-/-Equipe-Pri-Automations-Brook parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micromotion product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maxcess such as the CL15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 71800 manufactured by Mcsi-/-Equipe-Pri-Automations-Brook and we are pleased to be able to service most Mcsi-/-Equipe-Pri-Automations-Brook systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS025S113SU by Manufacturer Micromotion as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mettler-Toledo Brand 71201558 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metso-Automation such as D201138L equipment made by Metso-Automation have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17DRV121 by Melles-Griot and D201138L spares by Metso-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Mercury Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microe.
