Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Martin-Engineering CD18-3190 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Megatronic-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Melles-Griot parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mcg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Megatronic-Control such as the CA2000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17PST101 manufactured by Melles-Griot and we are pleased to be able to service most Melles-Griot systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AB34001E1 by Manufacturer Mcg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Maurey-Instrument Brand RLH1915 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Meta-Controls such as FV1C01000 equipment made by Meta-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Meta-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Meta-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 71410208 made by Mcguire as well as the popular DFM3LW2pv original spares produced by Metrol

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N8009 by Metropolitan-Lighting and FV1C01000 spares by Meta-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 70UB003062 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mazak.
