Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mars 84-MCPD-4UH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Masuda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Marsh product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Masuda such as the 06Z089 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M48B6351654 manufactured by Mazak and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 966050000 by Manufacturer Marsh as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Matsushita Brand ZUEP50010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Maxon such as 440250000009084 equipment made by Maxon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Maxon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Maxon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 22019231801C103693 made by Mattec as well as the popular A90047600A original spares produced by Masstron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100950440 by Mayr and 440250000009084 spares by Maxon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4Z362A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maxi-torq.
