Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mahr-Feinpruf PF0080-0121.001B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Marlen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Matrix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Manufacturer-Unknown product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Marlen such as the 630512 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AXE10NN18 manufactured by Matrix and we are pleased to be able to service most Matrix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 851206 by Manufacturer Manufacturer-Unknown as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand N649970 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Membrain such as MM3308A05 equipment made by Membrain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Membrain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Membrain" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3500118F made by Mattec as well as the popular 71410208 original spares produced by Mcguire

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5328300 by Measurex and MM3308A05 spares by Membrain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7653100000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Meiki.
