Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Magnetrol XB10-1H3A-BEM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magtrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Maple product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magtrol such as the HCS2103918 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T63CXCPK1454 manufactured by Us-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMI520M006 by Manufacturer Maple as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Magnet-schultz Brand GDRX075x20a61 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Maple such as QFS450A001 equipment made by Maple have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Maple products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Maple" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FVL56E17F1007G made by Marathon as well as the popular FLEXIPC original spares produced by Cannon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS4000AC by Macroni-Fore and QFS450A001 spares by Maple are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5VK56T17F5536D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon.
