Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Magnetrol B40-1B60-LAM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Max-Air products, including obsoleted and phased-out Measurement parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Menge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Max-Air such as the UT26 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PT9420 manufactured by Measurement and we are pleased to be able to service most Measurement systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GSM300605XXXBR2358RBP5XH17190 by Manufacturer Menge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mazak Brand C1N624E859G52 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marposs such as 83028C0043 equipment made by Marposs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marposs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marposs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6100001007 made by Metra-1010bt as well as the popular 327225 original spares produced by Max-Motosports

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7652705 by Metropolitan-Lighting and 83028C0043 spares by Marposs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IW10001000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Martens-Elektronik.
