Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mag TM6NC-ECND-150-BA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Access products, including obsoleted and phased-out Radisys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Accu-Feed product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Access such as the PCIDIO48H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UMC211421 manufactured by Radisys and we are pleased to be able to service most Radisys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 700B by Manufacturer Accu-Feed as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aaon Brand K01633 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Accord-Controls such as ASY0182K equipment made by Accord-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accord-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accord-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available USAFED20CS2 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular NPSA20NN50E8 original spares produced by Actus-Power

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RMF304B2339 by Acdc and ASY0182K spares by Accord-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TRS1022 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls.
