Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Macome BKO-C1730H01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Phoenix-Contact products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-Star parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Noshok product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Phoenix-Contact such as the 2864587 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS380422B250 manufactured by North-Star and we are pleased to be able to service most North-Star systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10050001127 by Manufacturer Noshok as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Physik Brand M224450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micromotion such as 20000742 equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TTSR0U0120AS2B made by Mts as well as the popular DR240F120CE original spares produced by Pinnacle

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 403192075 by Omron and 20000742 spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 402597 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micromotion.
