Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HSGT21057 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C741B90ANY by Manufacturer Magnetrol as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Magnetek Brand DO42 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Magnetek such as DS30622P21E equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MOF17S15 made by Magnatrol as well as the popular T201B2CHM3 original spares produced by Magnetrol
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N9W00564A085V9906 by Magnetek and DS30622P21E spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
