Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mac 132B-110BAAA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Magnetics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC112B0PD3C180A2S019 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A153FTDMKS1D4S1D4 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 83105 by Manufacturer Magnetics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Magnatrol Brand 18A42 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mae such as HY20022320470ACM8 equipment made by Mae have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mae products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mae" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 73010052 made by Mahlo as well as the popular DS023 original spares produced by Magnetek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E145918A by Magnetek and HY20022320470ACM8 spares by Mae are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT11024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mannesmann.
