Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnescale products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazatrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Makino product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnescale such as the LT20A201B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML121QT570S manufactured by Mazatrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazatrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LCD120299 by Manufacturer Makino as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Max-Plus Brand MPFLXi230 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Malema-Sensors such as M200S41010 equipment made by Malema-Sensors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Malema-Sensors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Malema-Sensors" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GHSI750 made by Macro-Sensor as well as the popular 20731 original spares produced by Mars
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F809FPLUS by Measurement and M200S41010 spares by Malema-Sensors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
