Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the M-System-Company RID-GH2T-R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thermo-Eberline products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermo-Eberline such as the SP14G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKT30016E manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS5114G006LV1FWCFGRD500S1NN by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Semikron Brand SKN150024 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crierion such as Series500 equipment made by Crierion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crierion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crierion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SAFT101C0N made by Stromberg as well as the popular SLSP30300Q88 original spares produced by Banner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGA404A400CO by Fuji and Series500 spares by Crierion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKT120018E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semikron.
