Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lw-Measurements LWTL50 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetect products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mcguire parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mb-Manufacturing product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetect such as the DD860 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 511213 manufactured by Mcguire and we are pleased to be able to service most Mcguire systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3112896 by Manufacturer Mb-Manufacturing as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Max-Air-Technology Brand UT11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marsulex such as DVP equipment made by Marsulex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marsulex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marsulex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 80036035 made by Manz-Automation-Keba as well as the popular 53965046800 original spares produced by Maurer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A4220010 by Magnetek and DVP spares by Marsulex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WSB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maguire.
