Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lutze CPSb2-120-24 722995 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnescale parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Panasonic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the DS317GPD503 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DK812SBFR manufactured by Magnescale and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnescale systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MADLT05SF by Manufacturer Panasonic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Magnetek Brand 6361241 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ac-Tech such as M14200CK equipment made by Ac-Tech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ac-Tech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ac-Tech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CU236212 made by M2 as well as the popular 817757902 original spares produced by Magnetek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 218A4497P3 by Magnetic and M14200CK spares by Ac-Tech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAX10A200395A2520A000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetic.
