Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lumenite WFLTV-DM2012 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mks products, including obsoleted and phased-out Middex-Electronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Magnescale-Digital-Display-Lt30-2gb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mks such as the 892B27060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WKR22120 manufactured by Middex-Electronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Middex-Electronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LT302GB by Manufacturer Magnescale-Digital-Display-Lt30-2gb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mel Brand M11L1000205002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micropulse such as BTL5A11M0254WKA05 equipment made by Micropulse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micropulse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micropulse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TB6003421 made by Mettler as well as the popular OX12 original spares produced by Macurco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 635321000 by Marposs and BTL5A11M0254WKA05 spares by Micropulse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LSD1719 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Macome.
