Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lucius--Baer CC14VMG-KRAUSE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Masterguard products, including obsoleted and phased-out Macron-Dynamics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lumonics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Masterguard such as the UPS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSANBC0GBA0175 manufactured by Macron-Dynamics and we are pleased to be able to service most Macron-Dynamics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E68E871B by Manufacturer Lumonics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Magnetek Brand NR3G4M671 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Markem-Imaje such as ME3509 equipment made by Markem-Imaje have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Markem-Imaje products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Markem-Imaje" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTL2315A made by Measurement as well as the popular 21300T original spares produced by Magnetek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMI570L by Mapple-Sys. and ME3509 spares by Markem-Imaje are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3408601507 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs.
