Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lucas TM SDO-600-12LD-F8S-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Macro-Sensors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitutoyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mts product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Macro-Sensors such as the 106726 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 515310 manufactured by Mitutoyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitutoyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GSERIES by Manufacturer Mts as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Macome Brand LSD1719 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Martek such as 18027 equipment made by Martek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MSP300250P5N1 made by Msi as well as the popular CSG1290000A0 original spares produced by Monitek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FIS63003005G by Microscan and 18027 spares by Martek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1160B00010RVSPF0076 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mks.
