Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Love-Joy SIER BATH-C-3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lutze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lubriquip parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lp-Electronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lutze such as the 60519 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 521007000 manufactured by Lubriquip and we are pleased to be able to service most Lubriquip systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LP97LP0691201 by Manufacturer Lp-Electronic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Magmotor Brand 340000005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lucent such as Sid99rd2156 equipment made by Lucent have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lucent products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lucent" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M10 made by Luxtron as well as the popular LE01025393 original spares produced by Lucent

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 55B12RAGR11GR20GR25 by Mac and Sid99rd2156 spares by Lucent are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SU59F41X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer M--Engineering.
