Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Love 523 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mekontrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microswitch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lucas product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mekontrol such as the MEK57SA01AMG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FEMCE2X manufactured by Microswitch and we are pleased to be able to service most Microswitch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 02560389000 by Manufacturer Lucas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mitutoyo Brand 515310 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mj-Tooling such as SD5870 equipment made by Mj-Tooling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mj-Tooling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mj-Tooling" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CT12751 made by Master-Level-Controls as well as the popular 73040 original spares produced by Mountz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 457253 by Msa and SD5870 spares by Mj-Tooling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
