Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lovato DME D100 T1-50MA-220-240V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Love-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Luminex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Love-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Love-Controls such as the 380752622A56837 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 780002200001 manufactured by Luminex and we are pleased to be able to service most Luminex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 140JB2102215246 by Manufacturer Love-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Quanergy Brand M81POE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Love-Joy such as SIZE50 equipment made by Love-Joy have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Love-Joy products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Love-Joy" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S23F2285X made by Magmotor as well as the popular 870022700 original spares produced by Mobil-Gear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Model49 by Love-Controls and SIZE50 spares by Love-Joy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XTOP04TWUD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer M2i.
