Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Louis-Allis 87-001.70 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Master products, including obsoleted and phased-out Loyola parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lovejoy-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Master such as the FC56WG16A13 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DPAC3S480166 manufactured by Loyola and we are pleased to be able to service most Loyola systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1052 by Manufacturer Lovejoy-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Maguire-Products Brand MilanSA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Manz-Automation-Keba such as 80036035 equipment made by Manz-Automation-Keba have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4136308 by Magnon-Engineering and 80036035 spares by Manz-Automation-Keba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
