Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Louis Allis 5P58-340M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Love-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lvd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Love-Controls such as the 30210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Cadman manufactured by Lvd and we are pleased to be able to service most Lvd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC90B0PD1B110A0J1000 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mac Brand 6311C000PM113DA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lust such as CDA34003C14 equipment made by Lust have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lust products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lust" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M2555T made by Baldor as well as the popular 290831290831 original spares produced by Love-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BCG1024 by Lovato and CDA34003C14 spares by Lust are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LWS010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi.
