Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Louis-Allis 5P58-340M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Machine-View parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lundahl product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ls such as the 511282564 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 500MUX manufactured by Machine-View and we are pleased to be able to service most Machine-View systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRTTC1A1 by Manufacturer Lundahl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indramat Brand MAC112B0GG4F130B1WI522LV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lumenite such as LSTT4220P5 equipment made by Lumenite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lumenite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lumenite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FIP21008530AC2 made by Lust as well as the popular CDA34003C14 original spares produced by Lust

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 921BPM501CA by Mac and LSTT4220P5 spares by Lumenite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DCU5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lundahl.
