Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lorenz-Messtechnik D-FMG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Matrox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Masterflex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lucas-Schaevitz product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matrox such as the ILMPRO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0755371 manufactured by Masterflex and we are pleased to be able to service most Masterflex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T233 by Manufacturer Lucas-Schaevitz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ls Brand 7PA010USC2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Magnetrol such as 705510A1107EAA110120 equipment made by Magnetrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetrol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TTEB2 made by Magna as well as the popular 9515 original spares produced by Lovejoy-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DA9648100000 by Martens and 705510A1107EAA110120 spares by Magnetrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MBD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Man-Bw.
