Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Longs-Motor 23HS9442 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Manufacturer-Unknown products, including obsoleted and phased-out Matrix-Elektronik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Matrox product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Manufacturer-Unknown such as the 851206 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IRSU10P manufactured by Matrix-Elektronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Matrix-Elektronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 63039621384 by Manufacturer Matrox as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Malema-Sensors Brand M200S41010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Masoneilan such as 463A7417P0001 equipment made by Masoneilan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Masoneilan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Masoneilan" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DCU1102 made by Lundahl as well as the popular 8035385 original spares produced by Maple

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F3408601402 by Marposs and 463A7417P0001 spares by Masoneilan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 743452 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lutze.
